My stay was really lovely for one night. Loved good modern and well-appointed studio suite with balcony, wouldn't mind staying there all day. There where a microwave oven, coffee/tea makers, and a refrigerator too

It is a comfortable, clean hotel. It is close to the airport and has everything you need for an overnight stay.

The convenience of locating a bus. Easy access to the city. This part of the trip was at the tail end so it really did not matter.
The front desk could be a liitle bit more informative on where to go and how to move around.

That it was short.
Seedy, in need of an upgrade and attention to cleanliness.

Great place to stay. Check-in & check-out was a breeze. No hassle at all. Stayed there twice during our trip. The Receptionist remembered us and gave the same room. Will stay again next time.
Room was facing the road so it was a little traffic noise but still alright.

I loved staying here as the hotel had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with a cafe nearby and walking distance to attractions. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to help me, even delivering my forgotten iPad to the airport. The unit was very spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and private parking.
Nothing that I didn't like!

Situated conveniently, Locality was easy to find and travel to and from. Is a super cafe two doors up the road which has lovely Breakfasts and lunches.
Traffic was a little noisy, if staying again would ask for a back room.

The location is good, 2 blocks away from the main bus stop with the Link Shuttle and a lot of other buses. Walking distance to the city area (although the main area is still cordoned off) and to Hagley Park. The thai food (mini van) which seems to station itself opposite Avenue Motor Lodge is good, give it a try!
The toilet bowl flush is not working very well :(

We recently went on a romantic escape and enjoyed the complementary champagne and chocolates that welcomed us upon arrival. the room was spacious, and we appreciated having a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the location was perfect, as it was easy to find and close to the city's main attractions. the views of the surrounding area were also a bonus.
There were a few negative aspects that affected our experience. the noise from the street at night was disturbing, and the curtains didn't close properly, letting in a lot of light.

Location more than anything, the business for its age is reasonably suitable but is in need to further updating
Gardens are very messy, access from Bearly Ave to the business at left of the premise is cluttered in bushes so much so the footpath is covered. This is not a complaint but an observation.

When I got there I was asked to stay at another motel Abby Motel, which I was happy with. All the questions should relate to Abby Motel.
Nothing it was ok
